Black F1 Cockapoo

Black F1 Cockapoo

I am a Licensed Dog Breeder with Dumfries and Galloway Council (Licence No: 070394). Over and above my Dog Breeding Licence ALL of my puppies are registered with the UK Kennel Club either on the Pedigree Register or the Activity Register.

To gain a licence is a rigorous process. It involves annual inspections of my records and facilities by our local trading standards Department and an independent vet. This in turn should provide my clients peace of mind that I am following and adhering to the current dog breeding legislation in Scotland.

My dogs are bred to the Kennel Club Breeding ethics Standards. All of my Cocker Spaniel puppies are registered on the Pedigree Register and all of my F1 Cockapoo Puppies are registered on the Activity Register. KC Litter Registration on these registers provides my clients the guarantee that:

None of our girls have a litter of puppies before the age of 1 or after the age of 8

Girls are rested on their next season after having a litter of puppies

Our girls will only have a maximum of 4 litters in their Lifetime

Validates our Dog Breeding licence (In Scotland any person breeding 3 litters or more in a year should by law hold a Local Authority Dog Breeding Licence). The Kennel Club will not issue the registration documents unless they have proof of the breeding licence.

Provides Traceability of the litter birth date and your puppies parents official KC Information.

As I breeder I recognise how important it is to get it right.

Welcoming a puppy into your family should be an exciting and positive experience. It’s important to remember that a new puppy is a new addition to a family – the new puppy is very often welcomed after the devastating loss of a previous dog, a companion for a couple or somebody who lives alone or a much awaited first family pet a magical experience for children – As a parent myself I know how important this is.

To help with the transition of welcoming your puppy into your home, I provide introductory puppy training packages with all of my puppies. This includes the K9200 puppy training video package and an interactive webinar with the whole litter family where highly esteemed Gundog Trainers Caroline & Adrian Slater from K9200 (look them up) will talk you through your experiences in the first few weeks of ownership.

In essence I am trying to do everything I can to provide as positive and stress free experience as I can to welcome a new puppy into your circumstances.
